In 2012, the Jiutian Group acquired a controlling interest in a hydropower company, Yunnan Datang International Deqin Hydropower Development Co. The Group has been leveraging its experience in coal energy as well as in supply finance technologies to streamline the development of hydropower in various parts of China.
Solar Energy
The Group is involved in solar energy projects with its acquisition partners in various parts of China. The Group is now looking to further invest in the business to develop blockchain technology to create further efficiency in the harvesting and distribution of solar power.
